My passion for mental health began with a deep desire to understand people’s stories and the ways that therapy can foster healing, growth, and self-discovery. Over time, I’ve become committed to creating a therapeutic space that feels safe, supportive, and empowering — a space where clients can explore their experiences, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we work to identify strengths, develop coping strategies, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and clarity. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of every individual.
Before beginning my graduate studies at Adler University, where I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. My experience as a case manager at Thresholds gave me a deeper appreciation for the complexity of mental health and the importance of compassionate, person-centered care.
I’m passionate about working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, and I strive to meet each client with empathy, curiosity, and respect. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, managing stress, strengthening relationships, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I’m here to provide a supportive space to help you move toward the life you want to create.
