I believe therapy should be a supportive space where people feel safe, respected, and understood. My education and practicum experiences centered on mental health and addiction treatment and as part of my training I gained experience within a Psychiatric Center. There, I provided individual and family therapy and co-facilitated an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adolescents with moderate to severe substance use disorders.
