We all face unique problems in our lives that we can work to resolve, no matter how big or small we perceive them to be. The manner in which we navigate through these obstacles allows us to grow as individuals and practice self development.
It is my goal to help my patients make positive lifestyle modifications in order for them to become the best version of themselves. I strongly believe in providing a nonjudgmental and empathetic environment for my clients in which I will work with them to help them improve their self-esteem, social interactions, relationships, school and work performance, and overall quality of life.
Having previously worked as a neurology physician assistant, I have always been fascinated by the function of the brain and mind. I am excited to utilize my experience to make personalized treatment plans encompassing both psychotherapy and medication management while utilizing a holistic and evidence-based medicine approach.
