Achieving your best mental wellness has always been important to me.
Mental health touches every aspect of our lives and helps us process, and manage whatever life may present to us. It is my belief that along with physical health, optimal mental wellness can help give clients an added boost of confidence and a better sense of self-awareness.
Providing compassionate care, and forming relationships with clients that cultivates an environment, in which a client is comfortable and able to completely be themselves without concerns for judgment or preconceived notions is essential to me. I believe in both psychotherapy and medication management, tailored to each individual to help clients reach their best.
I am a board-certified Physician Assistant, I received my Master’s at Rosalind Franklin University of medicine and science. I have experience working with pediatric to geriatric populations, different cultures, religions, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
My special interests include but are not limited to, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, ADHD, and LGBTQ+
