My goal as a PA is to act as a patient advocate to ensure you receive the best care possible. I strive to build relationships with patients based on mutual respect and trust. This is done by providing an open and honest environment that is free of judgment. My work is driven by the daily desire to positively impact the lives of my patients.
I obtained my bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University where I worked in a lab that focused on aerobic activity’s effect on mental health disorders. This inspired me to pursue my master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Arcadia University and write my thesis on aerobic activity as an adjunct treatment for children diagnosed with ADHD. I completed my behavioral health training in the Chicago suburbs diagnosing and treating a variety of mental disorders in both an inpatient and outpatient setting. My hope is to break the stigma around receiving treatment for mental health and use a holistic approach to promote wellness in all aspects of life.
