I am passionate about advocating for mental health awareness because I understand the impact that mental health can have on one’s self-esteem, social interactions, relationships, school and professional performance, and quality of life. My goal is to cultivate an empathetic, welcoming, and trusting environment where patients feel comfortable opening up without judgement. My true passion lies in empowering patients to take control of their mental health and live fulfilling, meaningful lives.
I understand that mental health disorders manifest differently in everyone, and that there is no one-size-fits-all treatment plan. I use both medication management and psychotherapy to provide treatment in a holistic manner to address all of the needs in a patient’s personal life.
I am a state-licensed and nationally board-certified Physician Assistant. I completed my Bachelor of Science degree in Movement Science from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI. I then completed my Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Detroit Mercy in Detroit, MI. My specialties include stress management, anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and eating disorders.
