Bio

The most important thing a person can do when overwhelmed by difficult feelings is to seek help. The piece of help I can provide is psychotropic medication.

I was educated at the University of Illinois, College of Medicine in Chicago and trained in psychiatry at Loyola Medical Center on Maywood. Following my residency, I worked in community mental health, taught medical students and opened my private practice.

I feel life is to be experienced and, all too often , psychological challenges interfere with that experience. My job, which I love, is to work with you to determine the best approach to overcoming those challenges. My years in practice in practice I have seen incredible growth in psychopharmacology. I also have extensive training and experience in psychotherapy. I have decades of treating people from all walks of life, observing what works and what doesn’t.

It has been a wonderful journey and I am grateful to continue it at Clarity Clinic.
