Bio

Seeking mental health treatment can be an overwhelming and vulnerable experience; my goal is to partner with each client to provide judgment-free support in your process of self-discovery. Together we’ll create a treatment plan that is most effective to meet your personal needs.

I am passionate about providing holistic, solution-focused mental health services with a particular emphasis on the unique mental health needs of women and those women in the perinatal period (from conception to one year after birth). Some of my specialties related to Women’s mental health include Maternal Mental Health, PMDD, Peri Partum, Post-Partum Depression/Anxiety/OCD, Fertility, Pregnancy, and Mental Health, Pregnancy Medication Management, Family Planning- medication adjustment, and Women’s Health.

As a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I have specialized training in pharmacological management and therapy techniques, and I incorporate the core values of nursing (autonomy, integrity, empathetic communication) into my practice as a provider. My experience as a registered nurse has given me invaluable knowledge about what it means to clients when they are truly heard and valued, feel cared for, and are given the opportunity to participate in their care.
