Bio

Due to the stigmas surrounding mental health, it can be difficult to find the courage to seek help. I have dedicated myself as an advocate to those affected by mental health disparities. I pride myself in providing my patients with an atmosphere where they can feel safe and welcomed.

Growing up, I had always dreamed of working in psychiatry. While in college, I was exposed to the stigmas surrounding mental health when working at a homeless shelter. Since this time, I have focused on learning and educating myself on best practices to help provide the highest care to my patients. I am committed to providing empathetic care and ensuring that my patients feel comfortable during their visit. I believe in treating the whole person and look forward to developing an individualized treatment plan that best suits your needs.

I completed my Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Michigan. Following this, I obtained my Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Mount Union. During my training, I had the privilege of completing psychiatric and neurological rotations at the Cleveland Clinic. Prior to working at Clarity Clinic, I worked in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatry for nearly two years in Oregon where I also completed my Certificate of Added Qualification (CAQ) in psychiatry. My specialties include depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, schizophrenia, OCD, and PTSD.
