Navigating life can be challenging, and sometimes we could use a little help becoming the best versions of ourselves. We are battling depression, anxiety, and self-esteem issues. Some of us need couples counseling or family therapy. While others of us feel trapped in unfulfilling careers. It is a lot! And dealing with it all happens to be my area of expertise. Over the past 18 years, I have become a specialist at helping others get “unstuck” and overcome obstacles. I am committed to helping transform lives through healing, empowerment, and fulfillment.
It all starts with our connection. For as long as I can remember, my greatest strength has been my ability to build rapport with people from different backgrounds. Because of this, I’ve been able to successfully support a diverse clientele, ranging from teens to adults, plus people from various ethnicities, cultures, religions, and socio-economic groups. Working through women’s health issues and racial identity are also included among my specialties. This, my empathetic and non-judgmental environment has proven to be very beneficial during my career as a therapist and a Life Coach. I welcome my clients into a genuine and safe space. Then, together, we implement a therapeutic/coaching plan that guides them through their development and goal achievements.
My style of treatment includes an eclectic approach, ranging from Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Psychodynamic, to Reality Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness. Ultimately, I tailor it to what my clients need. These approaches have proven to be useful for my clients struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, family and relationships, stress, and other life issues.
