We all desire a space where we can be heard and seen without judgement or criticism. This is especially true when we find ourselves struggling in silence with feelings of anxiety, depression, and/or uncomfortable emotions. Through treatment I create a space where I can support my clients on their journey of personal growth and change.
I strive to foster meaningful therapeutic relationships while creating a safe and nonjudgmental environment to do so. I empower clients to approach their emotions in a new way without habitually avoiding them. I work to assist my clients in finding the tools within themselves to help overcome life’s obstacles.
The way I treat clients is through a client-centered and empathic approach. I work to provide individual treatment through a trans-diagnostic approach. I utilize CBT, ACT and motivational interviewing amongst other methods to help support clients in their self-discovery and recovery. I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders and body dysmorphia in addition to anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, low self-esteem, life transitions, trauma and mood disorders.
