A person does not have to be alone in their struggles. As a mental health therapist, I help my clients feel heard and validated. I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where my clients can feel encouraged to reach their goals. It’s important that I meet my clients where they are in their journeys and work together to create positive change. I empower my clients to find meaning and purpose in their lives and feel hope that healing is possible.
I believe in the power of therapy as I personally have benefitted from its effects. I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Saint Xavier University where I graduated Summa Cum Laude. I earned my Masters of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago and became a Licensed Social Worker. I provide individual and group therapy to young adults and adult-aged clients. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient levels of care. I specialize in treating individuals with substance use disorders/addictions, anxiety, depression, OCD, and bipolar disorder. I also provide support to those struggling with suicidal ideations, body image concerns, low self-esteem, and life transitions. I utilize a range of treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, motivational interviewing, and Exposure Response Prevention. I’m a proud Chicagoan (Go White Sox) who celebrates my Greek heritage. In my free time, I enjoy crocheting, watching Friends, and planning my next Disneyland vacation.
