All of us experience challenges as we navigate through our human journey. Right now, if you’re struggling with stress, depression, anxiety, identity crisis, or burnout, I want you to know that you are not alone in this journey. I work with my clients to gain awareness of the internal and external stressors they may be facing, build on their strengths, and develop effective coping strategies.
I graduated from Adler University with a specialization in clinical mental health counseling and completed my clinical training at Linden Oak Behavioral Healthcare. I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and acceptance commitment therapy (ACT) to help my clients reach their goals. I work with adolescents, adults, and families who experience anxiety, stress, depression, suicidal thoughts, adjustment disorders, identity disorders, and substance use.
I will always provide a safe and non-judgmental environment to actively listen to and support you in your journey. I utilize integrative and collaborative approaches in my sessions because I recognize that each of my clients comes from unique backgrounds and diverse experiences. I will work with you to address your specific concerns and create unique treatment plans that will work best for you.
I’d love the opportunity to show you that you can overcome any challenge you face and live a fulfilling life.
