One of my favorite quotes that I heard as a child is, “Be the person you needed when you were younger.” I’ve held this quote close to me throughout my entire life because we do not always get the chance to meet that person. I became a therapist so that I could be that person for others. Every individual regardless of their race, gender, ethnicity, or background, deserves to be heard.
In my profession, I serve patients who are seeking support with anxiety, substance abuse, depression, loss, stress, ADHD behavior therapy, bipolar disorder, LGBTQ+ issues, OCD, self-esteem, and sexual conditions.
My method of treatment includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychotherapy, Group Therapy, and Life Coaching. Throughout my experience as a therapist, I have worked with children, adults, and families from a variety of backgrounds.
I would be honored to assist you on your journey to mental wellness and clarity.
