My experiences are in treating children, adolescents, and adults struggling with depression, substance abuse, anxiety, life transitions, poor confidence and self-esteem, emotion regulation and social communication, as well as stress. My other areas of expertise include Autism/ASD, ADHD, and relationship conflict. Clinically, I practice using the biopsychosocial approach to the development and maintenance of mental health by using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-based Interventions. I also incorporate insight-oriented and client-centered therapies in order to promote therapeutic growth.
