Are you struggling? Are you feeling the need to withdraw from the world or have you lost your spark? Ready for a revolutionary change in your life? Dive in and dig deep to find who you are, how your life could be, and what you have to offer the world. Living an intentional life is hard work, yet it is some of the best work that you can ever do. Through psychotherapy, I can guide you to use your resources in order to increase your self-awareness, improve your decision-making and problem-solving skills, and create a path to the life you want.

Recognizing patterns and applying actionable techniques for change will be the cornerstone of our work. I see clients across their lifespan and particularly enjoy working with individuals who are looking to work collaboratively to gain a deeper understanding of themselves. I will bring empathy, warmth, and compassion to each session, as well as focus on your needs and growth. I believe that the most meaningful factor in a successful experience with therapy is the therapeutic relationship. It is within the safety of this relationship that my clients will increase their insight and understanding, overcome obstacles and life challenges, improve communication skills, realize their worth and potential, and reach their aspired goals.

My experiences are in treating children, adolescents, and adults struggling with depression, substance abuse, anxiety, life transitions, poor confidence and self-esteem, emotion regulation and social communication, as well as stress. My other areas of expertise include Autism/ASD, ADHD, and relationship conflict. Clinically, I practice using the biopsychosocial approach to the development and maintenance of mental health by using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-based Interventions. I also incorporate insight-oriented and client-centered therapies in order to promote therapeutic growth.

I am here to guide you in becoming your own master of personal growth. It is my privilege and honor to have the opportunity to join you on your personal journey towards a healthier and happier life.
