When we open our hearts to experience the vibrancy of love that comes from entering a relationship, committing to marriage, or having children, we sign up for the raw vulnerability of sharing life’s challenges and balancing priorities that differ from our own. Uncertainty can feel intimidating and sometimes even painful, but the benefits of authentically engaging in our relationships are worth it. When we numb the dark, we numb the light.

I offer a strengths-based approach to couple and family therapy in a warm and inviting (currently virtual) space. Since the fabric of each relationship is unique, I utilize a mix of many of the most popular evidence-based practices for couple and family therapy. This includes Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), The Gottman Method, PACT, and Internal Family Systems. As your therapist, I take a friendly yet directive stance that encourages accountability, vulnerability, and self-reflection. While choosing to show up for therapy isn’t always easy and takes a lot of courage, there is plenty of space within the growth process for excitement and fun. My goal is to empower my clients to discover a pathway to a connection that works best for them, enabling self-sufficiency to navigate life’s challenges and equipped with the tools they need to foster empathy, intimacy, and healthy communication.

You are the expert in your own life, and you have the power to overcome obstacles, break negative cycles, and live the life that you deserve. I look forward to traveling on this exciting journey with you and your loved ones!

I graduated with a BA in Organizational Communication from Miami University. I am currently a third-year master’s student in the Couple and Family Therapy program at Antioch University. In addition to my academic work, I have received additional training and certifications for The Gottman Method and Prepare/Enrich (the #1 premarital and marriage assessment tool/program). I also serve as a consultant for Ours, a relational wellness tech company that offers a modern and inclusive premarital counseling program.
