Co-creating a brave space where my clients can experience and obtain what they need and want out of therapy is what I am deeply passionate about. This includes, but is not limited to, a space to grow, heal from painful experiences, build healthier relationships, and feel more at home with themselves. I will support you along your therapeutic journey by centering your unique strengths, needs, and goals.
I offer an empathetic, compassionate, and person-centered environment for each of my clients. I believe every person is the expert of their own life and has innate wisdom within themselves. Sometimes people forget this along the way. I am here to meet you where you are at, help you get back up if you have fallen, and support you in living a life that aligns with your values.
I utilize Family and Relational Systemic Theory, Intersectional Feminist-Informed Theory, and Culturally Affirmative Therapy with my clients. This includes, but is not limited to: culturally affirmative therapy for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC), the Latinx community, LGBTQIA+ people, and those at the intersection of these communities. When working with clients, I will consider all their dimensions of culture and their intersectionality.
I provide individual, relational (for couples, polycules, constellations, etc.), and family therapy (families of origin and chosen families).
It is truly an honor and privilege to witness and support someone throughout their therapeutic journey. I look forward to working with each client along their unique life path.
