“Reaching out for help can be difficult, so I am here to support you in a safe, non-judgmental environment. My mission is to help you achieve your personal goals by providing you with healthy, productive, meaningful strategies. I’ve had the opportunity to work with diverse populations on a wide range of mental health concerns. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor as well as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. My experiences in substance use counseling inspired me to educate myself further and become a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. My experience in different treatment modalities allows me to apply DBT skills to a vast array of mental health concerns, ACT therapy to help conceptualize areas for growth, and CBT to assist you in correlating thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. As a substance use professional, I employ Motivational Interviewing to promote awareness, change, and education related to drug and alcohol use. I would be honored to support you in your journey to clarity and mental wellness.”
