I believe that each person has an innate ability to heal and transform their life. I am passionate about helping my clients lead a more fulfilling life by guiding them towards mental wellness and a balanced personal and professional lifestyle.
I have worked with clients from diverse backgrounds using various treatment modalities and interventions, such as trauma-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and others. I have experience working with clients suffering from depression/mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, abuse, addiction and substance use, family conflict, relationship issues, loss, and grief.
Additionally, I have worked with clients on self-esteem/self-confidence, coping skills, life transitions, and everyday issues. I possess exceptional academic qualifications, including a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology – Trauma & Crisis Intervention from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, combined with numerous certifications/licenses.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling, volunteering in my community, learning foreign languages, and doing yoga. I would be honored to support you on your journey to mental wellness.
