As an open-minded and relationship-based therapist, I believe that the most important relationship we create is with our inner self. It is the foundation for our everyday life, and it enables us to heal and grow. Oftentimes, we need someone on a journey alongside us to understand with us our inner self, how we got to that sense of self, how the environment we live in influences how we see ourselves, and what we might need to heal and grow. As your therapist, I am committed to providing a comfortable, safe, and trusting environment where we can unpack, process, and reflect on your everyday life.
I have been fortunate to work with a diverse population of clients who have experienced a variety of challenges and roadblocks that impact not only how they see themselves in the world, but also how they can accomplish their life goals. My approach is to facilitate and empower clients by creating a space of trust that enables them to learn more about themselves. Through that knowledge, we work on exploring those life stressors and work towards problem-solving and building coping skills that guide them to live their desired and connected life. Through active listening, empathy, and understanding the clients’ needs, we can work on creating a safe space to explore these themes.
