Bio

Everyone has mental health. We all face obstacles that we can work to build solutions for. I believe in holistic medicine and treating the entire person through lifestyle changes, psychotherapy, and pharmacologic treatment. I am committed to utilizing evidence-based medicine and all of the resources at my disposal to serve as an advocate and support system for my patients. I pride myself on being an empathetic, honest, and detail-oriented provider. I offer a nonjudgmental environment to get to know the specific challenges, symptoms, and goals of every individual I work with. We will work together to determine the best possible treatment options. I am a state licensed and nationally certified physician assistant.

I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human, Nutrition, Food and Exercise with a Minor in Psychology from Virginia Tech. I went on to receive my Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Shenandoah University where I was trained to diagnose and treat individuals with a wide range of psychiatric conditions.
