Your entire life is made up of relationships. Relationships are everywhere, whether you are dating, single, married, engaged, have a small family, or come from a massive family. Despite what we see online, not all of these relationships are perfect 100% of the time, or even 50% of the time! And guess what? You are not the only one who feels some type of way about your relationships with others or yourself. Maybe you feel a waning connection to your partner? Maybe you’re worried that your friend group isn’t the right fit for you anymore? Maybe you’re trying to find a friend group, but you’re nervous?

As a Couple/Family Therapist, my area of focus is relationships. I can help you to maintain, find, and navigate the relationships in your life. With a combination of Narrative and Emotionally-Focused therapies, humor, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach, I help clients have fulfilling, healthy relationships with themselves, others, and their world. In addition, I love helping new parents navigate their way through the first years of their child’s life. Being a new parent is wonderfully rewarding and filled with anxiety, doubt, and the constant question, “How do I do this?”. I like to provide a space for parents where they can discuss all the ups and downs of parenting, feel supported, and increase their confidence in their ability to parent.

I use my years of experience as an early childhood educator and knowledge of child development to provide education, support, and coaching to parents. Relationships impact, and are impacted by, your relationship with yourself and your past. When relationships feel off, weird, stressful, or complicated, it can seem like your whole world is off. It can make you feel anxious, insecure, depressed, or even helpless/hopeless. Reach out to me. I am here to listen, understand, offer compassion, guidance, and care.
