Bio

Sometimes we are presented with difficult and unexpected challenges that cause us to grieve a life that is not what we hoped or planned for. Whether these challenges are situational or ongoing experiences, you don’t have to cope on your own. If you are struggling after the loss of a loved one, a significant life transition, relational struggles, questions of identity, or feelings of guilt, shame, worry, or doubt, I am here as a resource for you. These types of events can leave us feeling lost and unsure of what to do next, but I believe that with every one of life’s challenges we are presented with an opportunity to grow and heal. My goal is to help you navigate these times in life and to provide support and skills that help you continue to live a long, healthy, and productive life.

I aim to provide a safe space for you to share your story, learn to build trust, and process your thoughts and feelings. I promise to help you to feel heard, validated, normalized, and seen. My experience has included working with a diverse population of clients in both individual and group settings, and I specialize in working with adults, adolescents, and children who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, anger management, behavioral issues, grief/loss, diminished self-esteem, low confidence, and life transitions.

By working together, my hope is for you to better understand how past experiences can impact your life, and to provide you with a sense of clarity as you move forward in your life.
