Life can be difficult, but I believe that you were built to do and overcome difficult things, even when the task of healing seems impossible. Your feelings are important, and you have the power to transform and heal within a safe space.
My goal is to be that safe space for you, and for all of my clients. The space I hold is one of openness, nonjudgement, safety, and transparency. I invite you to set the direction of your sessions, while I provide the tools to cultivate the space you need within sessions and yourself. My goal is to be a mirror for you to self-reflect and to guide you through self-exploration and deep self-care. It is important for me to connect you to your inner strength while creating solutions for handling emotional/mental challenges that may arise. I recognize that all my clients are unique and deserve mental health care that is best suited for their individual needs.
I obtained my MSW from Aurora University. I am trained professionally in CBT/DBT and specialize in assisting adults, adolescents, and children with depression. Additionally, I have worked with individuals seeking treatment for Trauma, Bipolar Disorder, Addiction, as well as many other mental and emotional disorders. My history also consists of helping clients get through overwhelmingly hard challenges in life and finding healing within grief. It’s time for you to get the mental health care that you deserve.
I would be honored to assist you on your journey to mental health and wellness.
