Bio

Being able to support and uplift my clients through the many challenges life has to offer is one of the greatest privileges of my life. Every individual has their story, and every person is the protagonist of their own life. Everyone inevitably faces a variety of challenges and obstacles that they encounter on their journey. Seldom does the main character ever overcome these obstacles alone and through therapy, I work with you, the main character of your story, to get to know who you are and empower you as you continue your journey.

With each individual client, I aim to provide a relationship of respect and understanding and to create a safe space that best supports your needs while also providing you the extra push to overcome the challenges you face. Through the reflection of your own experiences and strong emotions, and my role to understand your story and empower you along the way, I genuinely believe that you can find the strength to face your obstacles head-on, knowing that you are not alone.

The method in which I help treat clients draws from the foundations of a multicultural counseling perspective, a community counseling perspective, Existential Therapy, and evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and a Mindfulness approach to aid my clients in improving their self-awareness, understanding of their own freedom, their identity, and creation of meaningful relationships.

I look forward to working with you!
