Bio

I feel very passionate about walking alongside my clients in a safe and open space as they endeavor along the journey of self-exploration and overall improvement in daily functioning. I believe strongly in the power of therapy and a multi-faceted approach to treatment in which the various components of one’s struggles can be addressed.

I graduated from DePaul University with a master’s degree in Community Counseling. I have worked in a variety of settings, including outpatient practices, residential facilities, and hospitals. I have expertise in the treatment of eating disorders and have also worked extensively with mood disorders, gender and sexual identity, relational issues, substance abuse, trauma, self-injury, personality disorders, among other treatments. I enjoy working with a diverse range of clientele and have experience working with individuals, couples, and families.
