Bio

Do painful feelings and unhelpful thinking and coping patterns prevent you from fully experiencing life’s joy? Are you at a crossroads and unsure of which path to follow? Perhaps you crave a nurturing environment for focused reflection and self-discovery. Whatever the reason you’re seeking therapy, I am here to help you through the process every step of the way. Together, we can move you closer to your goals and a more fulfilling, content existence.

Change is tricky, and it takes courage to commit to the process. Asking for help is a commendable first step! Untangling that which propels us forward from that which holds us back can prove a complex and arduous task. However, I believe that everyone is an expert on their own lives and that the answers you seek are within you. Most people need help accessing their internal wisdom, and I would be honored to help guide you on that journey. My work is client-centered and holistic, meaning I treat the whole person — mind, body, and spirit. I utilize Art Therapy, EMDR, and Mindfulness practices to help you access unconscious and undiscovered parts of yourself, ease the pains of trauma, and unlock a path to healing.

For over a decade, my collaborative and compassionate approach has proved impactful in the lives of a diverse client population. I specialize in working with those struggling with Depression, Anxiety, Addiction, PTSD, Trauma, Grief and Loss, End of Life, and Transitional Life Experiences. In a safe, encouraging, and empathetic environment, I facilitate awareness and self-compassion through an authentic, exploratory, and meaningful personal inquiry and discovery process.
