Helping people overcome challenges is one of my great passions in life. Throughout the life course, everyone faces unique situations that can seem unsolvable and too large to overcome. Through treatment, I work with clients to utilize their existing strengths to break down the challenges they face and create a healthy and successful path forward.
I am focused on working with clients to ensure that they reach their full potential and fulfill their therapeutic goals. I provide a safe, trusting, and judgment-free space to explore every client’s unique life experiences, challenges, and strengths. I love forming strong therapeutic relationships with my clients and joining them on their personal journey to change and growth.
Through my training and professional practice, I have gained experience treating children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing a wide range of symptoms including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and parenting problems, and much more. I utilize a strengths perspective as well as supportive and cognitive behavioral therapy in my work with clients.
