Bio

We’ve all faced challenges and obstacles that can cause us to feel overwhelmed and stuck. My goal is to support each individual in progressing out from feeling isolated, defeated, or misunderstood. I enjoy working collaboratively to establish goals, learn new behaviors and techniques, and get to know a healthier version of yourself on this healing path.

I feel that no two individuals heal in the same fashion. I strive to meet the individual where they’re at by offering unconditional support, encouragement, and motivation toward achieving life goals. I understand that it can feel intimidating to begin addressing internal conflicts through therapy; I commend the resilience of choosing to take this first step and I would be delighted to walk through the journey with you.

I’ve worked with individuals presenting with a wide range of struggles from alcohol and substance use, to personality disorders, to everyday stressors. I practice a client-centered approach by offering personalized care and an empathetic understanding as I assist you in discovering your strengths. I practice techniques from various therapeutic approaches such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I look forward to helping you learn healthier ways of helping yourself.
