She specializes in assisting patients with self-esteem challenges, emotion regulation issues, stress management, and suicidality/self-harm. Caitlin strives to provide a therapeutic experience for her clients that feels safe, secure, accepting, and neutral in tone. She practices an integrative approach that is comprised of both evidence-based and holistic modalities, specifically utilizing psychodynamic theory, cognitive-behavioral techniques (CBT/DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness to support her patient’s self-esteem, self-worth, and personal growth.

Tia Cochran strives to support LGBTQ+ patients who are seeking out emotional support to help them organize their thoughts, gain confidence, and learn the skills needed to navigate through life. She believes in the importance of one’s need for stability, security, and strength to maintain a healthy-minded life that is full of positive life choices. In addition to their own personal goals, Tia focuses on helping her patients to understand and learn how to achieve this perspective.
