Abby Levin treats patients struggling with eating disorders with respect, care, and patience. She believes that individuals who are specifically suffering from anorexia nervosa are at risk for serious physical and mental health declines. Hence, Abby feels that seeking professional help for the ill effects of anorexia, as well as any other mental health conditions or previous experiences that may contribute to the ongoing sickness, is vital to both behavioral and physical health. Abby’s work experience includes having worked at a higher level of care treatment center, where she helped clients with mood management, anxiety disorders, and a variety of eating disorders.

Tara Javidan’s therapeutic background is forward focused on the treatment of anxiety. She understands that if left untreated, individuals are faced with confusing thoughts, feelings, and emotions that they do not know how to cope with. Many of her patients who have come from anxiety stricken backgrounds also suffer from other consequential mental health problems such as eating disorders, self-harm, addiction, and substance abuse. By treating eating disorders such as anorexia nervosa, as well as the contributing anxieties, Tara assists patients to overcome their issues and achieve their goals. She utilizes behavioral therapy with a diverse and integrative approach which includes the practice of CBT, DBT and ACT.
