Lizzie has a background in treating anxiety, addiction, life transitions, grief and loss, and other stress-related issues; all of which can result in sadness, depression, and low self-esteem. Developing a close and trusting relationship with her patients is an important part of Lizzie’s philosophy, as she believes that this is the foundation to being vulnerable to positive change and overall wellness.
Anastasia Maravelias enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families to help improve thoughts, mood, and behavior. She approaches individuals who are experiencing feelings of sadness, depression, low self-worth, and lack of confidence by remaining genuine, understanding, and nurturing. Dr. Maravelias focuses on building skill-based and solution-focused methods by using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness to reach one’s self potential and achieve positive mental and behavioral changes.
