Alexandra Sandoval uses her background experience in the yoga world as a means to help her clients achieve self-understanding and self-awareness. By utilizing this holistic approach which targets the connection of the mind, body and spirit, Alexandra is able to establish balance, worth and positivity with her clients who are dealing with Borderline Personality Disorder. Learning how to establish meaningful and necessary changes and choices for themselves and their relationships, Ms. Sandoval’s patients are able to live happier and healthier lives.
Victoria Nieman has an integrative approach to her therapeutic practices which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Mindfulness. Ms. Nieman has an extensive background in treating mood and personality disorders in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings. She believes that the combination of seeking help and finding the right environment and therapist is both worthwhile and important to well-being and happiness. Ms. Nieman teaches her clients how to manage and regulate their emotions and create lasting and meaningful relationships.
