She approaches her patients with respect and caution as a way to allow the patient to lead their sessions as they feel comfortable and ready. Ms. Mantell serves as a guide to help assist in processing emotions by listening to her patients in a kind, calm and non-judgemental way. Using a strength-based approach, Jenna takes time in understanding the fears and concerns of her patients as they are experiencing the loss of someone they were once close to.

Tenisha White has a strong clinical background working with a diverse population of people who have experienced trauma, loss and a variety of mental health issues. Dr. White reaches out to her clients in a supportive and empathetic way where they feel both secure and comfortable to open up. In addition to creating a warm and inviting space for treatment, Dr. White uses a variety of therapy methods to understand her patients on a clinical level. Some of these modalities include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT).
