She is passionate about helping individuals gain the skills needed to live mentally healthy and happy lives by adapting positivity and promising change to their emotional state and thought-process. Bianca utilizes a cognitive behavioral approach to addressing and controlling the emotional and behavioral responses to an individual’s stress and anxiety.
