Anger Management Support Group (Wednesdays @ 6 PM)

The Anger Management Support Group provides a safe and supportive space to gain awareness of emotions, specifically anger, and to learn coping strategies for managing thoughts, behavior, and responses. The Anger Management Support Group is for adults of all gender identities.

The purpose of this group is primarily to provide tools for managing anger and creating new, healthy responses. The tools provided will draw on evidence-based therapy practices; ACT, DBT, and CBT. Group values include inclusiveness of all cultures, sex, and genders.

Group members will be given an opportunity to explore their unique feelings and responses to anger. Also, to find encouragement from others who struggle to cope with anger and distress.
