Erin holds a Master's in Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Purdue University Calumet, and has experience working with children, adolescents and adults in the treatment of anxiety and depression, trauma and grief, stress management, Selective Mutism and Trichotillomania.

Erin specializes in Mindfulness-based approaches, including Mindful Meditation and Mindful-based Stress Reduction techniques, to reduce symptoms and improve mood regulation and overall well-being. Erin has experience leading Mindfulness groups among college students, domestic violence victims and new moms, as well as in a corporate setting. Erin has been a long-time mediator and attends silent meditation retreats, seminars and mental health symposiums on Mindfulness to expand her practice, as well as gain insight on the latest research on Mindfulness and science.
