As a counselor, Dinha Farooqui has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with various issues including depression, anxiety, coping skills, and building positive self-esteem. Dinha uses an integrative approach in which she uses cognitive behavioral therapy and person-centered therapy to assist her clients develop a stronger and more positive self-concept. Dinha earned her Bachelor’s Degree at Loyola University Chicago in Psychology and her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University. Dinha advocates for personal growth and wholeness to encourage a confident and balanced life.
